The hotel's location is perfectly located in the city center. You're welcomed by a super friendly reception desk with both Spanish and English speaking staff. They can do everything for you. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable and receive personal attention from an assigned cleaner. There is also an attached restaurant with friendly staff who love to learn a little more about their customers with a little chat. Special thanks to Vanessa and Felipe for making our dinners special. The hotel also has its own taxi service for safe travel.

breakfast staff BEST TIME!! BEST PEOPLE. VANESA THE BEST!! Third time in this hotel and Vanesa always is very attentive and make you feel like home. Definitely she goes above and beyond in what she does. She is a keeper!!

The staff were all very friendly and our room was much larger than expected. We opted to get a massage because the price was really affordable and much less than we would pay at home. The massages were excellent and very relaxing. We ate at the restaurant every night for dinner and the food was good.
